VRX must sell assets There is no easy solution to Valeant's mess. The Q1 guidance makes it clear that the firm will not be able to escape its debt without selling assets. Valeant lowered EBITDA forecast from $4.8 billion to $4.95 billion, down from previous guidance of $5.6 billion to $5.8 billion. Revenue guidance is now $9.9 billion to $10.1 billion from $11 billion to $11.2 billion. Meanwhile Conclusion: I used to be bullish on this stock but I am not anymore. Valeant needs to sell assets and fast - the problem is that once these assets are sold and gone, what will be left? .. What will the company be worth? I am not hopeful.
